Submitting a “Request a Demo” or “Request a Proposal” form does not create a binding contract. Any services, pricing, scope, delivery timelines, and obligations will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW, purchase order, SLA) signed by authorized representatives of both parties. We may decline demo/proposal requests at our discretion.

You agree not to use information from the Website to facilitate unlawful activities, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or other misuse. Any deployment and use of Heliogic solutions is subject to customer agreements and applicable law.
