These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heliogic website located at heliogic.sg (the “Website”) and any related content, forms, and communications (collectively, the “Services” for purposes of these Terms). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Heliogic (“Heliogic”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology provider offering software development, consulting & integration, licensed product delivery, and support services.

4. Demo Requests, Proposals, and Business Discussionst

Submitting a “Request a Demo” or “Request a Proposal” form does not create a binding contract. Any services, pricing, scope, delivery timelines, and obligations will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW, purchase order, SLA) signed by authorized representatives of both parties. We may decline demo/proposal requests at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use of Product Descriptions

The Website may describe products and solutions intended for legitimate, authorized operational use. You agree not to use information from the Website to facilitate unlawful activities, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or other misuse. Any deployment and use of Heliogic solutions is subject to customer agreements and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content (including text, graphics, logos, product names, and design elements) are owned by or licensed to Heliogic and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for internal, non-commercial reference. Trademarks: “Heliogic”, “NSE”, “OrchestriX”, “HazGuard”, and “Vehicle Monitoring System (VMS)” may be trademarks or product identifiers of Heliogic or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
